We work from the NEST office at Sale Moor Community Centre on Norris Road.

The current timetable (from July 2025) is as follows:
MONDAYS
9.30am-2pm Health In Communities (Drop In to see the nurse or for appointments booked through your surgery)
12pm-2pm Sale Moor Food Bank & Sale Moor Crisis Support (last entry 1.45pm, Mondays Only),
12pm-2pm Citizens Advice Drop In (Request on entry, last entry 1.45pm)

TUESDAYS
10am-2pm Sale Moor Crisis Support (call to book appointment)

WEDNESDAYS
12pm-2.15pm The Bread & Butter Thing (See poster below for sign up method)
Venue: Sale Moor Community Centre, Norris Road
Time is for volunteers. Service starts at 1.30pm, the public can access the Hall from 1pm in most cases.
THURSDAYS
11am-1pm Smoking Cessation (activities, chat & brew, to August 21st)
12pm-4pm* Sale Moor Community Drop In (Volunteer support, activities, chat & brew)
12pm-4pm Sale Moor Urban Gardens Project events (see poster below)
12.30pm-1.30pm Sale Sharks Well-Being Walk
