Performance, Literature, Multimedia, New Art forms, Film, Dance, Sculpture, Web Design, Graphics, Illustration, Singing, Graffiti, MC’ing and pretty much anything we can describe as Art! The Sale Moor Community Learning Centre is now an Arts Award centre. We can take young people aged from 11 - 25 years old. We currently offer Bronze & Silver Arts Awards. For more information on the basics of Arts Award go to www.artsaward.org.uk

The Sale Moor Community Partnership is working towards funding a project to help a number of people reach Bronze level. The project is likely to be launched in January 2010 and will be a short course method. Keep yourself up to date by accessing www.salemoorcp.org. Get registered on the community forum for up to the minute news and information or check the local news pages on the website for course and funding details.

This research was carried out between September and November 2007.

A survey was sent to 2000+ homes in the area, community researchers were trained to interview community members and a week was given over to a mapping and planning exercise and drop in opportunity at a local hall.
